Introduction
I have started a closed Facebook group for stakeholders in a 2-acre development I am planning in Sungai Penchala, 60000 KUALA LUMPUR. I use the term stakeholder broadly and may mean:

1) architects, designers, landscape architects, engineers, and etc. whose work that I like/admire and people whose brains I wish to "pick"
2) potential buyers for the 7 units I intend to build
3) neighbours, people who rent or own the adjoining lots
4) agriculturalists, horticulturists, botanists, environmentalists and other "green-fingered" people whose brains I wish to "pick"

This development is in the early planning stages. If you express an interest in purchasing one of the 4 remaining units, you can be part of a focus group to discuss the concept, facilities and amenities to be included in this proposed development.

Site Visit
I am planning a tour of the proposed development site and wish to invite stakeholders to pay a site visit and attend a short briefing afterwards where I'll explain the concept and ideas that I have as well as provide a chance for you to give feedback on the types of facilities and amenities you wish to be included.
